സാമ്പത്തിക കുറ്റകൃത്യങ്ങളുടെയും തട്ടിപ്പുകളുടെയും കൂത്തരങ്ങായ ഇ കൊമേഴ്‌സില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ മനുഷ്യജീവന്‍ കൊണ്ട്‌ പന്താടുന്ന വ്യാജ ഔഷധവിപണിയും അരങ്ങു തകര്‍ക്കുകയാണ്‌. മാരക രോഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കും തീരാവേദനകള്‍ക്കും ശമനം നല്‍കുന്ന വല്ല മരുന്നുകളും കുറഞ്ഞ വിലക്ക്‌ ലഭ്യമാകാന്‍ വേണ്ടി ആഗോളവലയില്‍ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവരുടെ പണം പിടുങ്ങി, അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ നിഷ്‌ഫലവും അപകടകരവുമായ വ്യാജമരുന്നുകള്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിനെക്കാള്‍ വലിയ ക്രൂരത എന്തുണ്ട്‌? ചോദിക്കാനും പറയാനും ആളില്ലാത്ത ഈ നാഥനില്ലാകളരിയില്‍ എത്രമാത്രം കൃത്രിമ മരുന്നുകളാണ്‌ വിറ്റഴിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്‌. ഈ തട്ടിപ്പിന്റെ അനന്തരഫലങ്ങള്‍ എന്തൊക്കെയാണ്‌?

മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍, കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍, ടെലിവിഷന്‍ ഇവ ഇന്ന് നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്‍െറ ഭാഗമായി മാറിക്കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിന്‍െറ ഉപയോഗം അനുദിനം വര്‍ധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. പുതിയ തലമുറ ഇതിന്‍െറ അടിമകളായി മാറിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇതില്ലാത്ത ഒരവസ്ഥയെക്കുറിച്ച് പുതിയ തലമുറക്ക് സങ്കല്‍പിക്കാന്‍പോലും സാധിക്കില്ല. മുന്‍കാലങ്ങളില്‍ അഥവാ ഏതാനും വര്‍ഷങ്ങള്‍ക്കുമുമ്പുവരെ ഇതൊന്നും വ്യാപകമല്ലാതിരുന്നിട്ടും ആളുകള്‍ സുഖമായി ജീവിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു എന്നുപറഞ്ഞാല്‍ പുതുതലമുറക്ക് ഒന്നേ പറയാനുണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളൂ. അവര്‍ക്ക് എന്ത് നഷ്ടമായിരുന്നു എന്ന്. യഥാര്‍ഥത്തില്‍ നഷ്ടത്തിലായവര്‍ അവരായിരുന്നില്ല.

remove all 'anti-religious' and 'anti-social' content within six weeks

Social websites including Google and Facebook have been ordered by an Indian court to remove all 'anti-religious' and 'anti-social' content within six weeks.
On Saturday a Delhi Court ordered 22 social networking sites, including Yahoo and Microsoft, to wipe the objectionable and defamatory contents and file compliance reports by February 6, 2012.
Additional Civil Judge Mukesh Kumar passed the order on a suit filed by Mufti Aijaz Arshad Qasmi seeking to restrain the websites from circulating objectionable and defamatory contents.

ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ് വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിനി സ്‌കൂള്‍വിട്ടു വരുമ്പോള്‍ ബൈക്കിലെത്തിയ പയ്യന്‍ ഒരു പൊതി കൈമാറുന്നു. ആദ്യം അമ്പരന്ന കുട്ടി അഴിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ പുത്തന്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ സെറ്റ്. തന്റെ നമ്പറും പേരും അതിലുണ്ടെന്നും മൊബൈല്‍ സൈലന്റ്‌മോഡിലാണെന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് കക്ഷി മിന്നായം പോലെ സ്ഥലം വിട്ടു. ഏഴാം ക്ലാസുകാരി ചൂണ്ടയിലകപ്പെടാന്‍ പിന്നെ സമയം വേണ്ടി വന്നില്ല. ക്ലാസില്‍ മായാലോകത്തിരുന്ന കുട്ടിയുടെ പെരുമാറ്റത്തില്‍ സംശയം തോന്നി അധ്യാപകര്‍ വിവരം അറിയിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് രക്ഷിതാക്കള്‍ മകളുടെ മൊബൈല്‍ ബന്ധം അറിയുന്നത്.

Islamic economists and financial experts agree that if certain conditions are met, it is not only lawful but desirable to invest in the stock market. Any earnings that result from such investments will be permissible (halal). The logic behind this argument is that when one purchases shares in a company he actually becomes a shareholder and thus becomes a partner in the business. Thus, this arrangement is akin to the Islamic concept of musharakah. However, there are a host of conditions that must be satisfied before one is allowed to invest in stocks.
